  1. here's several things for plantar foot treatments
    Try to rest your feet
    Consider Wearing supportive footwear
    Try ice on your heel
Take ibuprofen or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to lessen pain and inflammation
    Wear night splints
    Do stretching and strengthening exercises.
(I learned these and why they work from Rohon Foot Care site )

  2. I began feeling pain on my knees after I decided to start walking everywhere. Three months into walking everywhere (along side doing callisthenics, and jogging) I feel brilliant. Recently, over the past few days every time I try to stand I do definitely feel pain in my knees that's difficult to to brush off as nothing that will go away. Walking & jogging is still fine, but skip roping/squats brings back the same pain I feel as when I try to stand up.

    I hope this helps, thanks!

  3. Hey man Ive been SUFFERING TERRIBLY with chronic right knee pain for almost 3 years, I'm only 25. My MRI shows no tears or significant cartilage wear, but the pain is every second of every day. I have a diagnosed shorter right leg and a torn labrum in right hip aswell. The tilt is causing my right hip to drop down almost an inch. I have pain inside the knee and feels like arthritis. I'm trying hot yoga and every time I do hamstring stretches I feel extreme weakness and pain in what feels like my hamstring connecting to back of knee. IF YOU HAVE ANY INPUT ON WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK?! THE DOCTORS CANT FIND ANYTHING AND ITS RUINING MY LIFE

  4. Just subbed. I have one suggestion for you. Get better lighting, sound, and video equipment. But otherwise, thank you so much for all the great content!

  5. hope this works. I was at the beach in the shallow water and I was standing sideways and a wave crashed into the side of my leg and bent it sideways a little and ive been limping for about a week now
